Part prices, fault by fault
Here are the starting prices taken from our catalogue, for parts in stock. These are genuine Apple parts, new or refurbished depending on the model.
- Battery no longer holds its charge: a replacement battery costs from 19,90 €. You can easily find the right battery for your model.
- Cracked or stained screen: a complete display for a MacBook Air A1466, for example, costs from 59,90 €. Retina displays are generally more expensive. Here are all the screens available.
- Unresponsive keyboard: on most MacBooks, the keyboard is replaced together with the top case. Allow from 19,90 € for a MacBook Pro Retina A1502, for example. Here are all the keyboards and top cases available.
- Trackpad: a replacement trackpad costs from 7,90 €. Here are all the trackpads available.
- Slow Mac or full drive: an SSD costs from 12,90 € (128 GB, for 2013 to 2017 MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models). On more recent models, the storage is soldered to the logic board. Here are all the SSDs available.
- Noisy fan: most fans cost less than 10 €. Here are all the fans available.
- Mac no longer charging: the charging port (MagSafe or USB-C) costs from 5,90 €. Here are all the charging ports available.
- Logic board: allow from 39,90 € for older models such as the 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13″, and over 200 € for a 2018-2019 MacBook Pro 13″ Touch Bar. Here are all the logic boards available.
These prices were recorded in October 2026, excluding promotions. They change with stock levels: the up-to-date price is always shown on each part’s product page.
What affects the price
- Exact model: a battery for a 2015 MacBook Air and one for a MacBook Air M1 are neither interchangeable nor the same price. Two Macs from the same year may even need different parts.
- Condition of the part: many parts are available in several conditions (new, refurbished, grades). Each condition is shown on the part’s product page, along with its price.
- Configuration: for a logic board, the processor, memory and storage all affect the price of the same board.

What you’ll need besides the part
- The right screwdrivers: MacBook screws require specific bits (Pentalobe, Torx…). Our professional screwdriver kit includes them all.
- Adhesive remover: on some models, the battery is glued in (this is the case on MacBook Pro Retina models, for example). An adhesive remover lets you release it without forcing, such as the one in our battery replacement kit.
- Time and a guide: set aside a little time and read the guide for your repair before ordering: every step is shown with photos.

Before you buy: be sure of the fault
The cheapest part is the one you don’t buy unnecessarily. Before ordering, we recommend following the diagnostic guide that matches your fault:

If several expensive parts are at fault at the same time, compare the cost with the price of another Mac: read our article repair or buy a refurbished Mac.
