Track my order

Placed an order and want to know where it is? You can track it at any time. Here’s where to find your orders, how to track your parcel and what each order status means.

In your account

All your orders are in your account, under Orders. Open the order to see its status and, once it has been dispatched, the courier and the parcel tracking link.

Ordered without an account?

Your order confirmation e-mail contains all the details. The tracking link is e-mailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Order statuses

  • Pending payment: payment has not yet been confirmed.
  • Processing: the order has been paid for and is being prepared.
  • Completed: the order has been dispatched.
