The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Repair Mac parts and its customers in the context of the sale of the goods offered by the company.
Any service performed by the company Repair Mac Parts implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2: Products
  • Refurbished parts are from original Apple products tested and fully functional.
  • The new products offered are, unless otherwise indicated, of compatible original selected of very high quality.

Article 3: Prices

The prices are freely established by the company Repair Mac Parts in compliance with article L113 of the commercial code. The company reserves the right to modify the prices without prior information, except for a deadline concerning the offer in question, for which the prices will be maintained until the term defined in the said offer.

Article 4: Payment
  • All payment must be made to the order by the customer by the means of payment made available to him, by PayPal account or credit card.
  • No shipment will be made prior to receipt and validation of payment.
  • A verification period not exceeding 7 days may be imposed by the payment platform in certain exceptional cases.

Article 5: Shipping of orders
  • Deliveries of orders are made to the address provided by the customer when validating the order. The latter is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to allow delivery by the carrier.
  • Orders are dispatched within an average of 24 working hours following the validation of the order.
  • The delivery times indicated during the validation of the order are provided for information only and cannot lead to any claim or reimbursement in the event of delay.
  • Repair Mac Parts undertakes to implement all necessary means to deliver orders as soon as possible.

Section 6: Returns

6.1 Return without delivery of the order

  • In case of impossibility of delivery or absence of complaint of the parcel by the customer according to the deadlines indicated by the carrier, a return to the company Repair Mac Parts will be made. A new shipment or refund of the order may be offered to the customer at his expense.
  • Costs related to transport can not, under any circumstances, be reimbursed by the company Repair Mac Parts. Any return costs applied by the carrier will be payable by the customer or charged to the refund.

6.2 Return after delivery of the order

  • The customer has 30 days from his order to return it if he wishes to change his mind.
    A prior request must be made by email prior to the return.
  • Returned products must be in the exact state of sale and include, where applicable, the warranty label.
  • No refund or return of product can be made for items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

Article 7: Product warranty
  • All products offered on the RepairMacParts.fr website are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • The guarantee offered is automatically and definitively canceled in the event of modification, deterioration or abnormal use of the equipment, whatever they may be.
  • The capacity of the batteries sold and present in the devices sold, depending on the use made of them, are not guaranteed. Excluding proven manufacturing defects.
  • All spare parts offered by Repair Mac Parts include one or more warranty labels. The withdrawal of this entails the immediate and definitive cancellation of the right of return or coverage under warranty.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to contact customer service to request support before any return as well as to proceed with the packaging and return of the product.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

Article 8: Liability
  • All products offered being subject to strict checks before shipment, the company Repair Mac Parts declines all responsibility for damage caused to property and persons that may occur as a result of improper assembly.
  • If in doubt, we invite you to contact our team or call on a professional to repair your equipment.

Article 9: Confidentiality
  • Repair Mac Parts undertakes not to disclose any of the personal data collected during the registrations, orders and payment of its customers to third parties.
  • The customer has, at any time, a right to access and modify his personal data in his customer area.

Terms of Purchase (Sell My Mac)

Article 1: Declaration on the products
  • It is the customer's responsibility to carry out the model, functional and aesthetic checks and to choose the corresponding trade-in condition.
    Any product received in a state different from that announced or whose characteristics do not correspond to those announced will be subject to revision.
  • In the event of inaccuracy of the recovery information, a new offer will be made to the customer who will be free to accept or refuse it.
    In the event of refusal, a lump sum of 15,00 euros (fifteen euros) will be invoiced to the customer for processing and return costs.
    In the absence of a response or payment within 30 (thirty) days following the new proposal, the equipment received will be destroyed without any compensation being offered to its owner.

Article 2: Declaration on the owner
  • In compliance with the law, any recovery must be accompanied by a valid identity document from its owner.
    In the absence of a valid identity document and its transmission within 30 (thirty) days, the equipment received will be destroyed without any compensation being offered to its owner.
  • By submitting his return request, the customer certifies that he is the legal owner of the equipment. Any material received blocked by a password not provided or present in the database of stolen products will be handed over to the authorities accompanied by a complaint without any compensation being offered to the customer.

Article 3: Shipping of products
  • The customer is responsible for his equipment until it arrives at our premises, it is his responsibility to proceed with the packaging and shipping of the equipment so that it arrives in the state announced.
    Otherwise, the takeover offer will be revised according to the conditions presented in article 1.
